Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Wholesale pricing is confidential and assigned per approved commercial account. Prices, availability, configured product quantities and freight are confirmed at the time of order and may change. Tax-exempt treatment applies only after APAÜ verifies and approves valid resale documentation. Commercial credit and payment terms are granted only by APAÜ administrators. Freight times and rates are estimates until confirmed per shipment. Retail tire purchases and automotive services are handled separately by APAÜ Tires & Services under the terms of that customer experience.
